Login

On all Nordiske Medier’s media pages, you will see an icon in the upper right corner representing a person. Click on the icon, and a menu with the text “Log in” will appear. Your email address is your username, and your password was sent to you via email when you created your subscription. If you wish to set a new password, you can update it in your profile.

Forgot login

Your email address is always your username for all your accesses. If you have forgotten your password, you can use the “Forgot password” option under ‘Profile’. You will then receive an email with a link where you can change your password.

If you have not received your newspaper, you can send us an email with your contact information and customer number at abonnement@nordiskemedier.dk, and we will send a newspaper to you afterward.
 
Please note:

If you have changed your address, or if the house number is hard to see, this may be the reason for missed deliveries. Please send us updated information so we can ensure that your address is correct in your customer profile.

Please note that we unfortunately cannot deliver the newspaper on the same day, but we can send it to you afterward so that it arrives as quickly as possible.

You can always transfer your subscription to another person or company.

I have received an incorrect invoice

If you have received an invoice from Nordiske Medier with errors or omissions, you can contact us at abonnement@nordiskemedier.dk

Please provide your customer number,invoice number, and a description of the issue. 

Scam / Spam

Unfortunately, we have encountered companies that have posed as Nordic Media's media or have had a name that can easily be confused with one of our media outlets. If you have received an invoice that you are skeptical about, please write to abonnement@nordiskemedier.dk.

If you wish to subscribe to one of our industry-specific newsletters and receive the sharpest industry analyses and the most current news delivered directly to your inbox, you can easily do this via our media pages. Just click on ‘Subscribe to the newsletter' at the top of the page.

You also have the option to customize the news you receive in your inbox. At the bottom of the newsletter, you can click on ‘Manage your consent' Here, you can select exactly the newsletters that match your interests – whether it's about breaking news, trade fair news, or other specific topics. You can easily adjust your preferences and receive news feeds tailored to your needs.

If you no longer wish to receive our newsletters that gather the day’s most important industry news, you can always unsubscribe directly from the specific newsletter. You do this at the bottom of the newsletter by clicking on ‘Unsubscribe'.

To change your email address, click on the menu under ‘Profile' in the upper right corner. Here you will find 'User settingswhere you can change your email. This email will also be your username going forward when you log in.

To edit your profile, you need to click on ‘Profile‘ in the upper right corner when you are logged in. This is the membership menu. Click on ‘Profile‘ and then click on ‘Edit profile‘.

 
Here you can edit your company description, change and add a logo, email, phone number, link to the website, add up to three highlighted contacts, and much more.

Are you looking for new, skilled employees? As a member, you have the opportunity to reach the right candidates in the industry in an effective and easy way through job postings. 

Click on ‘Create post‘ and then select ‘Job‘. You can now fill in the details of your job posting. 

As a member, you also have the opportunity to increase the visibility of your job postings through our collaboration with Denmark’s largest job portal, Jobindex. When you create a job posting here, it is automatically displayed on Jobindex as an ad link, at no extra cost.

If you have further questions about your job postings, you can find answers in our FAQ section on your membership profile. Click on 'Profile, and chooseHelp' in the menu. Here you will find answers to frequently asked questions about membership.

The membership platform is exclusively a marketing tool. Your membership does not provide access to the locked articles.  

If you wish to access all articles and other content, a subscription to the media from which you want to read articles is required.

Membership news is always free to read on all Nordiske Mediers platforms.

Create administrator
To create a new administrator, you need to click on 'Profile‘ in the upper right corner. Then click on ‘Profile‘ in the menu. After that, click on ‘Administrator settings‘.
 
ClickCreate administrator‘ and then fill in the name, title, email, and phone number of the administrator. Here, it is also possible to add a picture of the respective administrator, which will also be displayed on the profile. 
 
The new administrator will now receive an email where the changes must be confirmed.
 
Delete administrator 
To delete an administrator user from your membership, you need to click on 'Profile‘ in the upper right corner. Then click on ‘Profile‘ in the menu. After that, click on ‘Administrator settings‘.
 
Here you will find the list of administrators. To the right of each administrator, you will find a trash can icon. Click on this to delete the given administrator.

To create a membership ecosystem that benefits everyone, we have the following guidelines that all members of the Nordic Media membership platform must comply with.

Only write about your own company.

With your profile, you have an excellent platform to tell potential customers who you are, what you stand for, and the benefits you create. Therefore, only write information about your own company on your profile. The same applies to all your posts on the portal. Only write about your own company, not other companies or people – not even in product comparisons.

Link only to own websites

By inserting links on your profile and in the posts you create, you can strengthen your SEO value and direct customers to your websites and social media. Therefore, only insert links to your own websites.

Select relevant media and categories when you create new posts 

If there are discrepancies between your posts and the media and categories you publish them under, your posts will not be targeted to the relevant audience. This is not beneficial for your customers or your business. Therefore, only select the portals and categories that are relevant to your posts.

Republish posts in moderation

By regularly updating your sales posts, you make it interesting for your target audience to stay updated on your news, products, and services. Therefore, wait at least 3-4 weeks before publishing the same post again in the newsletter. The same applies to news posts. Avoid creating the same news post multiple times,as it can harm your relevance and dilute the overall news value of the medium.

Create only one post per product

You can create all the sales posts you need under your profile. However, only one post per product may be created. Therefore, make sure to delete the previous post if you wish to recreate a sales post with new text or a headline.

Guidelines for newsletter posts

To ensure that all members have the opportunity to showcase their stories and products in the newsletter, there are limitations on the number of posts you can publish in the newsletter:

Sales posts: You can publish a maximum of 2 different sales posts about week in the newsletter.

News posts: You can publish a maximum of 1 news post about day in the newsletter.

Job posts are not part of general membership posts

Job postings must not will be published as a general membership post. Job posts should be posted in the job bank and/or under "Jobs in Focus". 

It is not permitted to publish news about your company that has been written by a journalist from another media outlet. 

On Nordiske Medier's membership platform, only your own news may be published. If you have had an article written about your company in another media, it is only allowed to publish it on the membership platform if you have an agreement with the journalist behind the article. It is the journalist who wrote the article that owns the rights to it.  

If the above guidelines are not followed, Nordiske Medier reserves the right to make changes or delete posts from the membership platform.

Our site is responsive, and the banners adjust to the screen they are displayed on. Please ensure that the banners are readable on different screens.
 
The banners share space with up to 3 others. However, title banners are displayed alone, while sticky banners share space with up to 2 others. The banners rotate with each page change.
 
All banners can be either static or animated – HTML5, gif, or script – except for the title banner, which must be static.
 
Banners are delivered in the following formats:
.jpg, .gif, .png or HTML5.

Specific for HTML5 banners
When delivering HTML, we need to receive a zip file containing all the source material. The zip file must not exceed 4 MB in size. It is advisable that the HTML5 file stays within a 20-second duration. HTML5 files can only be used for banners on the portal, as this file type cannot be handled by email programs.

If HTML and script banners are not made responsive, a fallback banner must be provided for use on mobile and tablet screens.

The general specifications for the ads in the newsletter are:
• All ads must be static.
• Finished material should be delivered in the following file formats: .jpg, .gif, or .png
• The finished graphic file must not exceed 50 kB in size.

Booked ads are displayed on the media page where they are booked. Since the ads rotate with others, they may not necessarily be visible all the time. Try refreshing the page a few times to display your ads.

Your booked ads will be displayed in the scheduled period in the respective media's newsletter. You can view the most recently sent newsletter by going to the media page, selecting 'Sign up for the newsletter,' and clicking on 'View the latest newsletter' at the bottom of the form.

Yes, we offer assistance with the graphic design of your online advertisements.
 
If you need a graphic designer to help with your design, the following requirements apply to images, logos, and text.
 
Pictures should be at least 200 / 300 DPI, depending on whether it is advertising in a newspaper or magazine, in the file formats .jpg, .tiff, .eps, .psd, and .png.
 
Logos and graphic elements should be delivered as .eps or .ai vector graphics.
 
Text should be sent separately in a .docx format or in the email with the materials.
 
The banners are created free of charge when banners are ordered for a minimum of 2 months; otherwise, the price is 500 DKK per banner.

The deadline for submitting finished advertisement material is 2 business days before the start of the campaign.

Yes, your banners on the media pages can contain videos.

Are you a member customer?
Members do not have direct access to view exposures and clicks for advertising on media pages and in the newsletter.
If you are a member, you can only view statistics for your own membership ads.
