Through a new investment, Projekt Agenten gains access to Combify’s API and all ongoing and completed zoning plans in Sweden. This makes it possible to identify upcoming construction projects more quickly and further strengthen the platform’s competitiveness.

Combify is currently the only player to have digitalized all zoning plans in Sweden. With a unique database, Combify creates a comprehensive picture of future construction and development projects, giving Projekt Agenten a unique market advantage.
