Retningslinjer for annoncering

Det skal være tydeligt for læserne, hvad der er annoncer, og hvad der er artikler skrevet af redaktionen. Derfor skal annoncer adskille sig fra layoutet – både på portal og i nyhedsbrev, så læserne ikke vildledes og tror, at en annonce er en artikel skrevet af redaktionen. Generelt bedes annoncører bruge en anden font end vores. På websitet fremgår ordet ”Annonce” automatisk lige over banneret, men ved annoncering i nyhedsbrevet bør ordet ”Annonce” tydeligt fremgå øverst i annoncen, hvis det ikke er uden for enhver tvivl, at der er tale om en annonce – så vi følger lovgivningen på området. Hvis vi anser annoncen for at være for tæt på de redaktionelle tekster, vil vi anmode om at ændre font og/eller tilføje firmaets logo, så det er tydeligt, at der er tale om en annonce. Dette sker for at leve op til reglerne udstukket af Forbrugerombudsmanden. Endvidere skal der kun markedsføres for egen virksomhed og egne produkter – dvs. ingen vildledende eller dårlig omtale af konkurrenterne – så leves der også op til Markedsføringsloven.

Filformat / farver og billeder

Filerne skal være trykoptimerede PDF-filer, i overensstemmelse med avisens joboption og ICC-profil. FARVE & BILLEDE Alle farver i dokumentet bør være i CMYK. RGB- og Pantone-farver konverteres før tryk, med risiko for visse nuanceændringer. Billeders opløsning bør være mindst 200 dpi.*

Opret annoncen i det format, der er booket (bredden x højden). Glem ikke beskæring, hvis dette er nødvendigt.

Produktionsomkostninger

Ved trykning af farveannoncer påtager avisen sig intet ansvar for eventuelle mindre afvigelser fra originalmaterialets farver. Avisen forbeholder sig ret til at afvise reklamationer over annoncer, hvor materialet på forhånd er påtalt som mindre egnet til reproduktion, eller hvor indleveringsfristen er overskredet.

Vores site er responsivt, og bannerne tilpasser sig den skærm, de bliver vist på. Vær opmærksom på, at bannerne er læsbare på de forskellige skærme. Bannerne deler plads med op til 3 andre. Dog deler billboard/topbanner på artikelsiden med op til 4 andre, mens titelbanner ligger alene, og stickybanner deler plads med op til 2 andre. Bannerne roterer ved sideskift. Alle bannere kan være både statiske eller animeret – HTML5, gif eller script – med undtagelse af titelbanneret. Bannere leveres i formaterne: .jpg, .gif, .png eller HTML5. Specifikt for HTML5 bannere Ved levering af HTML skal vi have tilsendt en zip-fil med hele kildematerialet i. Zip-filen må max. fylde 4 mb. Det vil være en fordel, at HTML5-filen holder sig indenfor en ramme på 20 sekunder. HTML5-filer kan kun bruges til bannere på portalen, da filtypen ikke kan håndteres af mailprogrammer. Er HTML- og scriptbannere ikke lavet responsiv, skal der fremsendes et fall-back banner til brug på mobil- og tabletskærme.

Advertising guidelines

It must be clear to readers what is an advertisement and what is an article written by the editorial team. Therefore, advertisements must differ from the layout—both on the portal and in the newsletter—so that readers are not misled into thinking that an advertisement is an article written by the editorial team.

In general, advertisers are requested to use a different font than ours. On the website, the word "Advertisement" automatically appears right above the banner, but when advertising in the newsletter, the word "Advertisement" should be clearly visible at the top of the ad if it is not beyond any doubt that it is an advertisement—this ensures compliance with the law. If we consider the ad to be too similar to the editorial content, we will request a font change and/or the addition of the company logo to make it clear that it is an advertisement. This is done to comply with the guidelines set by the Consumer Ombudsman. Furthermore, only your own company and products should be marketed—no misleading or negative comments about competitors—thus also complying with the Marketing Act.

Delivery of finished material

Advertisements are delivered via email or wetransfer.com. Material sent via email must not exceed 10 MB. Folders with documents should be compressed and must not contain special characters such as å, ä, ö. No more than 16 characters.

The files must be print-optimized PDF files, in accordance with the newspaper's joboption and ICC profile.

Color & Image

All colors in the document should be in CMYK. RGB and Pantone colors are converted before printing, with a risk of some color shift. The resolution of images should be at least 200 dpi.

Size

Create the ad in the format that has been booked (width x height). Remember to include cropping if necessary.

Production cost

When printing color advertisements, the newspaper assumes no responsibility for any minor deviations from the original material's colors. The newspaper reserves the right to reject complaints regarding advertisements where the material has been previously flagged as less suitable for reproduction or where the submission deadline has been exceeded.

Responsibility distribution

Nordiske Medier is not responsible for material submitted after the specified material date. We charge the advertiser for additional work in handling non-print-ready material. For general delivery terms, see ALG 20, www.grafiska.se.

Online advertising

We offer online advertising on all our media websites. The combination of our online products is many and can be seen under the product page.

Banner advertising

Our site is responsive, and the banners adjust to the screen they are displayed on. Please ensure that the banners are readable on different screens.

The banners share space with up to 3 others. However, the billboard/top banner on the article page shares space with up to 4 others, while the title banner stands alone, and the sticky banner shares space with up to 2 others. The banners rotate upon page reload.

All banners can be either static or animated—HTML5, GIF, or script—except for the title banner. Banners are delivered in the following formats:
.jpg, .gif, .png or HTML5.

Specific for HTML5 banners
When delivering HTML, we need to receive a zip file containing all the source material. The zip file must not exceed 4 MB in size. It is advisable that the HTML5 file stays within a 20-second duration. HTML5 files can only be used for banners on the portal, as this file type cannot be handled by email programs.

If HTML and script banners are not made responsive, a fallback banner must be provided for use on mobile and tablet screens.
